Deborah Hyde - Carers Commissioning Manager 


Hi. My job is to develop and commission services to support carers across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Commissioning is when we contract and pay other organisations to provide the services our local community needs.  I am committed to involving carers in what we do, as they know best what helps them, and I feel it is important to stay in touch with the people we are working for.  I am lucky to have a job that I enjoy so much, Monday mornings are never a problem.  When not working, I spend quite a lot of my time with my horse, who keeps me fit physically and mentally!

 Jayne Mack - Carers Centre Coordinator

Hi, I'm Jayne! I'm the Carers Centre Co-ordinator - this means I look after the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Carers Centre, and it's day to day running, as well as liaising with workers in Adult Social Care. I'm most often based at the centre, and you might see me at our weekly drop-in sessions, or sometimes out at events. I am grateful to work with people I feel so passionate about supporting. Outside of work, I enjoy meditation, yoga, and all things relaxing!

 Fran Harper - Carers Outreach Worker

Hi! I work with the team as Carers Outreach Worker, and mostly work with groups, GP surgeries and other organisations in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. I also look after our Facebook and Twitter pages, and the website. You may also see me at our weekly drop-in sessions, or out at events. I welcome any opportunities to get out and about, and am passionate about spreading the word in our local community. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie, and love days out at theme parks or attending spooky events. I also love singing with my lovely choir!

 Carole Dayus - Carers Operational Manager


I am Carers Operational Manager for Poole working with the Carers Commissioning Manager to implement the Joint Carers Strategy. Duties include developing and implementing services for carers, supporting practitioners and managers, policy, procedures and management information.

Charlotte Muspratt - Carers Services Administrator

 Hi, I’m Charlotte! I am a full time Carers Support Administrator and have been with the team since March 2019. I work within the Carers Centre answering calls and helping out with all the day to day tasks to provide support for our carers. In my spare time I enjoy hot holidays, getting out and about to new places and some retail therapy!

  Helen Blanchett - Carers Services Administrator


Hi, I'm Helen! I am a part-time Carers Support Administrator at the Carers Centre, answering phones and helping Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Carers with their queries and concerns, as well as carrying out any supporting adminstrative tasks. Out of work, I enjoy seeing my girl-friends for walks, cinema, coffees  and laughs. In the evenings I enjoy dancing and gym classes.

 Mary Peck - Carers Services Assistant


Hello, my name is Mary Peck. I add carers to the Carers Information Service, process Carers in Crisis applications and therapists invoices for Poole. I produce the bi-monthly carers CRISP newsletter and arrange printing supplies. I also help answer calls and book carers onto social events when working at the Carers Centre. In my free time I enjoy walking, birdwatching, photography and exploring new places.
